When the mom-to-be came to us, she had one main concern: she loved the idea of a safari-themed baby shower but wanted a palette of purples—and wasn’t sure it would work. She also shared that the baby didn’t have a name yet, though they had lovingly decided on “Baby Rosado,” meaning “pink” in Spanish. Our goal was to honor her vision while keeping the safari concept playful, elegant, and cohesive.

We transformed the lobby into a refined safari-inspired celebration, blending soft purples with earthy neutrals, blues, and rustic accents. A custom backdrop framed by a lush organic balloon installation became the focal point, while subtle safari prints and personalized signage added a bespoke, meaningful touch.

The dessert display featured tiered platforms, greenery panels, and curated safari animal accents, creating a polished, photo-ready presentation. Balloon clusters and decorative details flowed throughout the lobby, ensuring a cohesive and immersive experience.

From concept to installation, Yamal Events handled every detail, turning the mom’s initial worry into a stunning, stress-free celebration—a perfect welcome for Baby Rosado.
